Q: Where are your products selling to?
A. Our products have been sold to over 30 countries worldwide. NGY products mainly focus on tiles, table wars, sanitary wares draft porcelains and glass industry.

Q: What is your specific product?
A: NGY offers a wide range of products, for tile industry our special offers are encapsulated reds and oranges; mixture stains for glaze and body.

Q: Is it possible to visit your factory?
A: Yes, we have two factories in Foshan, one is located in Nanhai, and another one is in Sanshui. You can be Guangzhou first by air, and we will meet you at the airport. It takes one hour by car from Guangzhou airport to one of our factories. You can stay in Guangzhou or Foshan where we have cooperate rates for hotel reservation. Our showroom is located in Foshan downtown, on the opposite of Foshan Hotel. Or you can also travel to Hong Kong then come to Foshan by train, ship or shuttle bus which takes about 3-4 hours.

Q: What’s your minimum order quantity and lead time?
A: The minimum order: for glaze stain: 100kg each, and at least 500kg in total. For body stains: 1000kg each, and at least 5000kg in total. And the goods is delivered in 2 weeks. We have rich experiences to arrange shipping to worlwide.

Q: Do you export your product via an export company?
A: No. We have gained independent export license and invoice to customers directly. We work with Bank-of-China, HSBC and shipping company like:MAERSK SEALAND,YML,COSCO etc.

Q: What kind of services you offer to customer?
A: NGY works as a team, our sale representatives keep in touch with appointed customers by internet, our sales engineers visit customers and offer services before and after sale, our marketing manager and general manager (both of them are ceramic experts) visit customers regularly to understand their technical requirements and provide commercial advices.
